Ideal for Bars and Pubs. Our pizzas are stretched by hand, so the structure of the paste remains intact and the edges are "craft" and "irregular" as in true Italian pizza. What are the benefits of a pre-cooked pizza base? Certainly can halve the costs on staff (preventing qualified personnel), also thanks to the ease of use: it must only be garnished and put in the oven to finish cooking.
